We partner with builders. We assist general contractors with the integration of electronic sub systems, such as lighting control, HVAC, pool, security, audio\video and computer networks, into builders' residential and commercial projects.

We have been working with builders for decades. Sometimes as a sub-contractor, sometimes with a direct contract to the homeowner, and we can also split the project. Our scope ranges from small retrofits, very large custom homes, high rise buildings,, and commercial projects.

Once a project is underway, a Project Manager with a dedicated team of installers is assigned to the project. We work very tightly with the builder during the framing phase to install wiring. Our engineering department is involved throughout the project to insure that mechanical, electrical, HVAC, and structural requirements are thoroughly documented and built to design. Just before the walls are finished, our trim-out crews insert electric, data, sound, video, and other control back boxes. As our next phase, we build and test equipment racks in our assembly area at our office. This state of the project ensures the proper termination of wires, equipment testing, and software debugging. When the project site is ready for electronic delivery, we deliver the equipment, connect it and perform final testing.

All of our projects come with a one year warranty. During the warranty period, the installing project team will service the equipment to ensure build to design standards are maintained throughout the systems.

We are active members of the Building Industry Association (BIA) in Orange County, CA, Palm Desert, and San Francisco.
